IDS Software’s Pvt. Ltd was found in India in 1987 in Banglor city. IDS has more than 2500 customers in 40 countries of the world. The customers of the Company are: Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, ITC Fortune Group, Club Mahindra Holidays, Pride Hotels, VITS, Ramada Hotels, Ramee, Sterling, Royal Orchid Resorts, Choice Hotels, Holiday Inn, Aitken Spence Hotels, ETA Star, Eurovillage, Airways PNG, John Keels group and others.

There are two types of software products for hotels and restaurants on the market of Kazakhstan. These are ether very expensive products with a famous international brand that only five-star hotels can afford or cheap ones that do not meet the requirements of accounting and financial management system for hotels, do not have adequate level of technical support, with no possibility of enhancement of management system, accounting, control and service of hotels and restaurants.

At the same time, software “IDS”, with due regard of long-term experience in its implementation all over the world, huge practice and studies of principles and details of hotel industry aimed at high quality service, combines optimal price-quality trade-off.

At present time we are implementing project of an automated hotel complex Tengri Hotel in Atyrau that consists of 60 rooms including a restaurant complex and bar.

Thanks to automation of hotel business such problem as slow services is eliminated because system automates front office services. Automation also allows conducting multiple factor analysis of a hotel activity from tracking current operations to receiving of financial results for the whole working period. A magnetic stripe given to the client during check-in is integrated with all the other hotel systems: telephone rater, television, etc. In general, automation of hotel business is good both for the hotel owners and for their clients.
